Description of work

In charge of market, search and develop the Internet merchants.
- Develop enterprises who accept online card payment in accordance with the procedures of the company.
- Make plan for approaching customers by week, quarter and year. Put forth the requirements to serve the purpose of development of internet merchants.
- Make the periodical business report to the sales manager.
- Manage the junior employees, provide assistance to the team in order to have the effective operation, meet the targets of the company.

Merchants management.
- Coordinate with the partner banks to manage and take care of merchants.
- Coordinate with the customer care division to speed up the payment volume.
- Coordinate with the risk management division to deal with the situations and fulfill the risk management procedures.

Market assessment.
- Research payment market, propose the appropriate business policy for each stage, each merchant.
- Update the information about the competitors, make the report and send to the sales managers
- Update the information about the related services, indirectly or directly influence on the online payment services.
- Regularly analyze merchant by industry, make plan to coordinate with the other divisions in the company to control the market share.
- Monitor the payment market characteristics and banking finance, propose the requirements for diffusion, trade promotion for the branch market.

Community, partner relations.
- Establish the relationship with the partners related to the service to diffuse the services of the company. Put forth the cooperation programs to the company leadership.
- Establish the relationship with the government, specialized associations related to the service, report timely to the company leaders.

Responsibility

- Take responsibility to the Leadership of OnePAY and sales manager for the business result of the branch market
- Take responsibility for the decisions in implementing its functions and tasks.
- Take responsibility for fulfilling the market development objectives and targets.
